Erika has earned a reputation for successfully marketing and selling SaaS technologies. With over 15 years in the industry, she has developed strategies for lead generation, value creation and relationship building, supporting both retention and bottom-line growth. Often tapped for her expertise in Social Media and Inbound Marketing, Erika founded 360 Reputation, an ORM consulting service, in July of 2008. In addition to serving as a speaker in the industry, her marketing strategies have been cited in publications including 1to1 Media, a division of Peppers & Rogers Group and she was recognized by the American Business Awards as a Stevie Finalist for “Best Marketing Executive.”

Most recently, Erika was Vice President of Marketing at SkillSurvey. Prior to joining SkillSurvey, Erika worked for Bentley Systems and for Analytical Graphics. She received a B.S. from Syracuse University and earned an Executive MBA degree from Villanova University. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association and the Board Chair of Villanova's EMBA Alumni Association.
